1. How do I return an order?

Returning

You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the cancellation, the relevant return products must be delivered to our designated location within 14 days. After which you will be credited the full purchase price including shipping costs within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to our return location. These costs are for regular packages approximately 7.95 per package. Reporting a cancellation is done by contacting our customer service, creating a return and reporting an already shipped order through our returns portal.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

We sell both custom (custom) fatbikes and ready-made stock models. For custom (custom) fatbikes that are assembled or built to your entered specifications, the right of withdrawal may be legally excluded. For ready-made stock models, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. After successful payment, the order is final for custom (custom) orders. If cancellation of a custom order is still desired, the costs already incurred will be charged in consultation.

Via the button below it is possible to request a return label for your order within the 14 days reflection period.

We at **KOBRA BIKES** guarantee our quality. Every bike goes through strict quality control and meets high standards to ensure quality. It may happen, despite these checks and conditions, that something is still wrong. Fortunately, this is why we offer a **2 year warranty** on every KOBRA Fatbike!

In this article we will further explain the warranty terms and conditions.

  • The warranty can only be invoked by the **registered owner** of the product in question.

  • The warranty is transferable when reselling c2c, provided the **maintenance booklet + original invoice** is present.

  • The warranty provided by KOBRA BIKES under these terms and conditions does not affect the possibility of suing KOBRA BIKES under the ordinary, legal provisions of the Civil Code.

Warranty Period

All KOBRA Fatbike models are guaranteed for **2 years** against **construction and/or material defects** unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty scope
  • During the warranty period, all parts determined by KOBRA BIKES to be defective in material and/or construction will be **repaired or replaced** at the discretion of KOBRA BIKES.

  • Costs of transportation to and from KOBRA BIKES shall be borne by the consumer, unless it has been determined by KOBRA BIKES to be under warranty, in which case the **transport costs shall be reimbursed**.

2. Submission of warranty claim

Claims under this warranty must be presented to KOBRA BIKES, under presentation of the product in question and a valid proof of purchase, for inspection.

  • This offer will be made through the conditions set by KOBRA.

  • Costs incurred by **third parties (with the exception of authorized KOBRA Fatbike Dealers)** will **not be reimbursed** by KOBRA BIKES, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Parts that are replaced under warranty will be kept for 3 months at all times in connection with any warranty audit.

  • The liability of KOBRA BIKES shall never extend beyond what is described in these terms and conditions.

  • Any liability of KOBRA BIKES regarding **consequential damages is expressly excluded**.

Warranty exclusions

On parts that are subject to **wear**, such as tires, chains, saddles, chainrings, freewheels, cassettes, bodies, cables, brake pads, etc., we **no warranty can be given** unless there are construction and/or material defects. "Normal" wear due to use is thus excluded.
